We are a full-service telecommunications business who has been serving Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire for over 20 years. Our team is family-oriented and dedicated to personal attention to our customers.  We are adding technicians to our team in order to support new installations, upgrades and troubleshooting. The primary focus for this role will be performing field-based assignments. A company vehicle is provided from our office location in Lunenburg. If you aspire to become a professional field technician, you’ll love working here! We have full and part time positions available.
 Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure necessary supplies are organized and loaded for assignments
  • Complete all assignments within the timeframe offered
  • Provide “World-Class” customer service while on-site and interacting with site personnel
  • Ensure compliance as required by client agreement and/or scope of work
  • Keep workspace neat and clean during service; ensure customer/visitors have access to space
  • Ensure all questions, issues, action-items for the site have been fulfilled prior to leaving site
Desired Skills:

  • Lite IT
  • Phone system knowledge preferred: Avaya, NEC / DSX, NEC / SL1100 and/or Ipiphony 
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two (2) or more years’ experience in one of the related fields:
  • Information Technology (IT) –Installation and Configuration
  • Point of Sale (POS) systems – Installation and Configuration
  • Digital Signage – Installation and Configuration
  • Audio / Video – Installation and Configuration
  • Consumer Electronics (Digital Cameras, Camcorders, Cell Phones, Tablets, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
  • Highly organized
  • Possess superior communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent time-management
  • Project a professional image of themselves
  • Reliable automobile and proof of automobile insurance
  • Clean MVR
Physical Demands:
  • Walking, bending, lifting, repetitive motion, use of hand tools and test equipment
  • Driving short distances
  • Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasionally climbing up ladders with up to 25 lbs.
  • Occasionally working in ceiling and crawl spaces
