As the Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee the activities of the maintenance department, support production lines, & increase machine up-time.  Other responsibilities will include:
  • Prioritize and directly oversee the repair and maintenance of facility and all equipment
  • Direct and assist maintenance associates with needed diagnosis and repairs
  • Manage relationships and work performed with contractors and service providers
  • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
  • Control and monitor inventory and expenses for maintenance
  • Interact with facility management to ensure maintenance needs are met
  • Train & coach associates as necessary to ensure regular, proper, and safe completion of all maintenance tasks

To be considered for this Maintenance Manager’s position, you’ll need to have:
  • At least 8 years’ of hand-on troubleshooting & repair experience in Maintenance with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Must have PLC controls experience – troubleshooting & programming
  • Experience with implementation of Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs
  • Working knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic press systems, industrial power distribution, electrical and fire codes
  • Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics 
  • Ability to use PM, CMMS, Microsoft Office, CAD, & other industrial utility software
  • HS diploma or GED; any certification or higher degree will put you on the fast track.
