! As the
you’ll oversee the activities of the maintenance departments in two plants supporting production lines, & increase machine up-time. Your direct reports will be the mechanics, technicians, maintenance supervisors, janitorial staff, parts room, & tooling department.
Other responsibilities will include:
Managing the Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs
Maintain all production equipment, machinery, and building
Document, budget, and track all maintenance projects, including CAPEX
Manage spare parts inventory
Promotes continuous & process improvements for a lean manufacturing
Hires, trains, reviews, & fires maintenance staff
Supports production, is active in production meeting
Supporting all safety, health, & environmental policies.

To be considered for this Maintenance Manager’s position, you’ll need to have:
At least 5 years’ of hand-on troubleshooting & repair experience in Maintenance Supervision or Management position in a
Must have PLC controls experience – troubleshooting & programming
Experience with implementation of Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs
Working knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic press systems, industrial power distribution, electrical and fire codes
Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
Ability to use PM, CMMS, Microsoft Office, CAD, & other industrial utility software
HS diploma or GED; any certification or higher degree will put you on the fast track.
MUST be able & willing to be a road warrior & travel between both facilities – there will be air travel, rental cars, & hotel stays – all paid for by the company.
